Our mobile notary services provide professional, reliable, and convenient notarizations at your location. By booking an appointment, clients agree to provide a safe and accessible environment for our notaries. We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe, documents are incomplete, or identification is not valid.
To ensure the safety and comfort of our notaries, the following pet-related policies apply:
Aggressive Pets: If you have pets that exhibit aggressive behavior, they must be secured in a separate room away from the notarization area. Failure to do so may result in the notary declining service on arrival, and the appointment fee will not be refunded.
Exotic Pets: Clients with exotic pets (e.g., reptiles, large birds, or other non-traditional pets) must notify us in advance. We reserve the right to decline service if the notary feels unsafe. If undisclosed exotic pets are present, the notary may refuse to proceed, and the appointment fee will not be refunded.
Pet-Free Work Area: The notarization area must be free of pets to maintain a professional and distraction-free environment.
Client Late Arrival:
A 10-minute grace period is provided.
If the client is more than 10 minutes late, a $15 late fee will apply.
If the client is more than 20 minutes late, the appointment may be canceled as a no-show, and the full appointment fee will be charged.
Notary Late Arrival:
If the notary is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., traffic, weather), clients will be notified as soon as possible.
If the notary arrives more than 20 minutes late, the client may choose to:
Reschedule at no charge, or
Receive a 20% discount on the travel fee.
Cancellations:
Appointments canceled within 2 hours of the scheduled time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
No-shows will forfeit the full appointment fee.
Rescheduling:
Clients may reschedule at no charge with at least 3 hours’ notice.
Rescheduling within less than 3 hours of the appointment will incur a $25 rescheduling fee.
Refusal Due to Pet Policy Violation:
If service is refused due to non-compliance with our pet policy, no refund will be issued. A new appointment must be scheduled at the full service fee.
We understand that emergencies happen. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis for:
Medical Emergencies (client or immediate family)
Extreme Weather Conditions (verified by local reports)
Unforeseen Public Safety Issues (such as evacuations or emergencies in the area)
For approved emergency exceptions, clients may reschedule at no charge or receive a partial refund (up to 50% of the service fee).
